A Val St Lambert 'Zinia' vase attributed to the designer, Joseph Simon, with amethyst over topaz cut glass, having a short cut to clear facet neck over a double panel and lens cut body.
Joseph Simon (1874-1960) along with Leon Ledru were responsible for the cut glass designs of the Belgian glass manufacturer, Val St Lambert, between the wars.
