A pair of Holmegaard 'Greenland' teal-coloured glass torpedo vases, signed Holmegaard, with the monogram inscribed to the base of the designer, Per Lutken, dated 1961.

The Holmegaard Glass factory was built in 1825, founded by Countess Henriette Danneskiold-Samsøe. Holmegaard glass is probably best known for Michael Bang's Palet range (1968 - 1975), Per Lutken's Carnaby glass designs from 1968, and Otto Brauer's Gulvvase design in 1962.
