A mid 20th century colourless ribbed glass with honey-yellow underlay, bearing the original manufacturer's label for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, Murano, model No. 12024.
Flavio Poli (1900-1984) was an influential Italian glass artist and designer. Born in Chioggia, near Venice, Poli began his career in the field of ceramics but soon shifted his focus to glass. He is particularly recognized for his association with the renowned glass manufacturer Seguso Vetri d'Arte, where he worked from 1934 to 1963, eventually becoming its artistic director.
