A rare set of three late 19th century blue over clear crystal glass wine decanters, further decorated with vines and bunches of grapes and star-cut bases, retaining the original stoppers.
Coloured glass serving bottles or decanters were popular in the second half of the 19th century for both white and red wine. They are sometimes referred to as 'hock' decanters, after the term for German white wine from the Rheingau and were produced in both England and Bohemia.
