A rare George III tea caddy of well-figured mahogany, the concave moulded pagoda top with cast brass carrying handle opening to reveal three compartments each with a Pontypool japanned ware tea canister decorated with flowers against a rich brown background, having the original brass escutcheon to the front and standing on ogee bracket feet.
